The Christmas gnomes

I got these in Stockholm last December.  For those who like Christmas tat,  Stockholm is hard to beat. When I got them home my OH was horrified, she was particularly confused by the positions of the two little figures, they seem to be posing for an adult photo shoot!

Tweety Pie take two

Looks like Tweety was right to be scared!

The slightly chewed Tweety Pie

This little rubber squeaking Tweety Pie was bought for our mutt to use as a reward.  She loves squeaky toys and has a habit of trying to remove the squeak, so they don't tend to last very long.  This imminent fate could explain why it looks so lost and scared on the chair.

The chair

It seems sensible to start with the chair itself. It is a replica of Arne Jacobsen's design classic the Egg Chair.  I would have loved to have an original but sadly they are still a tad out of my price range. The chair had a second claim to fame (if you can call it that) when it was used as the chair in the diary room in the first series of the UK Big Brother (I am very ashamed to know that and will never raise the topic again).
